We are a small but dedicated team who have many decades' working in the financial services industry, and more specifically within the financial planning arena.
We love our work but we’re real people with families, friends and hobbies. The financial world can feel cold at times, but we’re here to warm it up! Our head adviser, Tom Low, is a sailing enthusiast, and although we have plenty of clients who prefer dry (and stable) land to the open ocean, if you do happen to share a love of sailing then we’ll have lots to chat about!
Tom Low
I am the Managing Director and Founder of Tilikum Wealth Management. I have built a deep and varied career in financial services since 2002, spanning multiple countries and disciplines.
Background
An Oxford University alumnus, my career has taken me from international adviser roles in Luxembourg and The Hague, to being a Technical Consultant to Barclays, Private Banker with Barclays Wealth, Head of Client Relations at pension scheme administrator Barnett Waddingham, and discretionary investment manager at Thesis Asset Management and Quilter Cheviot.
In 2017, I joined St. James’s Place, which I consider to be the UK’s finest financial planning firm, giving access to an even broader range of products, services, and technical support for my clients.
Client Support
As well as being a Chartered Financial Planner with the PFS and Chartered Wealth Manager with the CISI, I am proud to have achieved the highest qualification in our industry, a Fellow of both these institutes. I also have a Master’s degree in Finance.
Passion
Away from work and running the business, I love spending time on the water sailing. I spend two or three days per week commuting to London but I live on the South Coast. I am a commercially-endorsed RYA Yachtmaster Offshore certificate and a professional yacht race skipper on The Solent. I believe that the same instincts that make a great skipper – reading conditions, remaining calm in volatile storms, managing risk, and staying the course – are the ones that help my clients.

Andrea Bohnet
I am a financial planner and view money as the ultimate tool for achieving your life goals. Driven by the core belief that finances should be a vehicle to get you to where you want to be, my focus is clear: to bring clarity and structure to your wealth so you feel completely in control and confident, giving you the freedom to focus on what matters most.
Background
My client-focused skill set has been built over two decades in business development and project management across diverse international markets. Her career journey has been carved through establishing long-term trust and a deep understanding of her clients’ priorities.
Client Support
As a natural logical thinker who excels at solving problems, my discipline in project management equips me to build personal financial roadmaps, ensuring every client feels fully informed and supported in their financial planning journey.
Passion
Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my family. As a mum, I see every day as a school day and takes pleasure from viewing life through youthful eyes! I enjoy a variety of sports such as tennis, SUP boarding, surfing, wakeboarding, and winding down with a yoga practice.
Ginni Cole
Marketing Manager
I have over 20 years’ experience working within St. James’s Place. I am delighted to be part of Tilikum Wealth Management Limited who I joined in 2022 to support Tom with the Practice and our clients.
In my spare time, my partner and I enjoy spending time with our families and friends and walking along the beautiful South Coast with our dog, Summer.
Ginni also provides support to other members of the St. James’s Place Partnership.
Nicki Chequer
Personal Assistant
I have been with the Tilikum team coming up to four years this July. In that time, I’ve become involved in all aspect of things! From business processing to supporting paraplanning, and keeping track of client administration. My focus is always on keeping things running smoothly for the whole team and making sure every client feels genuinely looked after.
Outside of work, I’m happiest outdoors – walking our Golden Retriever, Loki, travelling and spending with family as much as we can, and fitting in tennis and skiing whenever I can.

Sara Cremer
Personal Assistant
I joined the Tilikum team in 2022 and I ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. I manage Tom and Andrea’s diaries, coordinate client meetings, and make sure records are kept up to date after annual reviews. I enjoy working in the team and making sure clients always feel looked after.
Outside of work, I love to travel and lose myself in a good book.
